All our houses can be found within walking distance of either Headingley centre, Leeds University or Becketts Park Campus. We only manage our own properties and are therefore able to avoid agency commissions and keep rentals as reasonable as possible. Our student homes range in size from 4 bedrooms to 11 bedrooms and have the benefit of modern gas central heating systems and instant hot water. Personal safety is a priority with all houses offering fire doors, fully interlinked fire alarms, emergency lighting and burglar alarms. All properties have gas and electrical safety certificates and meet with UNIPOL & Leeds City Council’s Code of Standards. We are committed to maintaining our properties to the highest standard and our hands-on approach ensures that we can respond to tenants’ requirements with the utmost efficiency. As a former chartered building engineer, the proprietor is professionally qualified in all aspects of property maintenance. We pride ourselves on the individual service we offer to all of our tenants, which encourages many of our student groups to stay with us for consecutive years. .
